Hi!

I purchased a license and can’t seem to get my backup to run correctly. It keeps giving me a PHP execution error warning despite the fact that I’ve set the execution time to 10000 seconds.

Hi,

Yesterday I was deactivating from plugin panel the backup guard last version on woocommerce last version. Immediately after that each page of wp-admin reply me internal server error 500. At the contrary the frontend of the website is still working well.
Any idea?

I need to increase the execution time for PHP scripts on my 10 page, 60+ and growing blog posts website. I need to know who exactly is hosting my website. It’s on WordPress. The domain is registered through Enom and the domain itself is being renewed on Siteground, but Siteground is not actually hosting my website. I think WordPress is hosting it, but there is another company involved that is actually hosting my website through WordPress.

I need to know what company other than WordPress is hosting my website. I also need to contact them and ask them to increase the execution time for PHP scripts.

Here is the error message from BackupGuard:

I just installed this plugin. In my dashboard, under BackupGuard is Backup, Cloud, Schedule, etc. Clicking on Backup gives me a blank screen. Same with Schedule. For Cloud, I can see various options, and set up my Dropbox. But I can’t see any way to create a backup. I don’t think those screens should be blank. Any help would be appreciated.

I’ve been trying to get backups working consistently across six sites to Google Drive. Five of them work almost all the time, but the sixth doesn’t. In the meantime, I’m paying my ISP $100 a month for an extra backup I shouldn’t need.

I have sent in numerous requests for help on this, but only get back that it’s a “network error” and then no reply at all. Can you help me fix this?

Or do I need to find another plugin?

But, almost all hosting providers give users the ability to increase the execution time limit or they increase it themselves, upon user request. If this isn’t an option for you, then try to activate the “Reloads enabled” option in the settings (to compress your data chunk by chunk). Then disable any security plugin which could prevent nopriv ajax calls and try again to create a new backup. I tried activating the Reloads Enabled option before. I will try it again, but I don’t think it’s going to work. I did disable my security software as instructed.
I tried reducing the Number of Rows to Backup at Once
from 10000 to 1000
As instructed by WordPress Support. This did not create a working backup with a green checkmark. The backup will download but it will not work.

Have successfully connected the plugin to upload to an AWS S3 bucket.
However our main “backup” bucket is broken up into folders or “keystores” for each application that pushes backup files to the central bucket.

eg.
s3bucket: backups
keystore: wordpress

Other applications can do this successfully and would usually specify this as backups/wordpress or backups:wordpress

How can we enter this correctly in the BackupGuard plugin?
Every combination I have tried is failing:

Aws\S3\Exception\SignatureDoesNotMatchException: The request signature we calculated does not match the signature you provided. Check your key and signing method.

Aws\S3\Exception\InvalidBucketNameException: The specified bucket is not valid.

My host Site 5 say they’ve increased my execution time limit but I still get this error warning.

hello,

4 days ago the scheduled backup stopped working.
i set it up again, and it seems to be working fine according to the nackup date and time,
but it does not send email notification of succesful back.
how can i fix this?
